Head of Global People Services

We are seeking a dynamic Global People Services Leader to build, lead, and develop a world-class, employee-focused People Services organization that services the growth of the organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery that meets global HR and business needs.

Your responsibilities

The Head of Global People Services will ensure alignment with HR as a whole and will manage and lead the Global People Services teams, continuously steering on improvements and on our end users ensuring a great employee experience, timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness of service delivery and execution of HR processes and procedures within the set legal and compliance frameworks. Delivering HR services to 9500+ employees. Other responsibilities are:

• Leads the further deployment of the 3-5 year global transformation plan for Global People Services, including global SSC & local service delivery
• Creates vision, brand and identity of People Services
• Creates and sets the overall direction for People Services Strategy and collaborates with other enabling functions
• Provides strategic leadership to the wider global People Services organization
• Builds Employee Experience and service mindset across People Services and sets the overall People Services agenda
• Anticipates HR operations trends and global business needs to ensures future focus of People Services organization
• Engages with its customers the HRLT, Board members and their senior leadership teams to ensure a fit-for-purpose strategy
• Drives personal growth, professional development, career progression and teamwork of direct reports and builds a pipeline of talent
• Collaborates with HRLT, HRBPs and Regional/Local People Services Leads to ensure consistency between regions/countries

Your qualifications

• A relevant Master’s degree.
• 15+ years of experience in an international context preferably with experience within the US
• Proven experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions.
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation.
• Extensive labor relations experience.
• Fluent English.
• Travel component of 20% (globally)
• You need to be able to deal with ambiguity and to navigate in a dynamic change environment, demonstrating a proactive, hands-on approach whilst being able to operate strategically and build stakeholder engagement at all levels.
