The job - Head of HR. This is the no. 1 job in the HR function.
This job has a team of superb HR people to help you deliver your strategy and HR service across the business with a view to grow your customer base, support further store openings, grow the E-comm offering and keep talent, culture and innovation in HR at the top of your agenda.
The business is owned by an investment company that has an incredible infrastructure to support you as well as your own board and CEO who you'll work with to drive new ideas.
Day to day you'll manage your team, develop their careers and upskill their capability. You'll manage pockets of change and growth putting employee experience at the forefront of your strategy. As well as driving innovation in this super cool brand, you'll be managing the full employee lifecycle but overseeing your operational team's delivery and work on continuous improvement to keep ER cases low level and infrequent, to retain and develop your people, to attract and hire the best people, to measure and review your current talent and to ensure your pay and benefits are relevant and ticking over nicely.
It's a full generalist remit and you will at times be operational too.
To apply you MUST have a strong retail background and have led a retail division or entire business's HR function. You'll love working in a loud, quirky and hard working culture and you will also love fashion.
