The Role

The Head of HR position will be based in Riyadh and reports to the HR Director for the Middle East region. A full and varied HR generalist role, you will support a client group of approximately 200 professionals in an exciting and dynamic business line.

Your new role will cover everything from employee relations, talent management, organisational effectiveness, learning and reward. Every day will offer a different challenge and you will feel a true purpose for the work you are doing.

The Criteria

In order to be considered for this role you will be a Saudi national with strong HR Business Partnering experience.

Preferably from the health insurance sector, you will have the energy, drive and passion to navigate a complex organisation while providing high touch stakeholder management to your key leaders in the business.
