Head of HR
My client is looking for an experienced Head of HR, able to take on the role of People Director, heading up a team of HR professionals and playing a pivotal role on the HR senior leadership team. As People Director you will play a strategic role, delivering a best in class business partnering service and key responsibilities will include:
- Business Partnering the Exec & SLT, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Acting as a change agent you will provide strategic input and insights that enable change and the ongoing evolution of the people & partnering service.
- Ensuring delivery of a best in class and value offering for your customers.
- Leading on complex, corporate projects.
- Driving and embedding the people strategy in relation to Reward, talent, people development, succession & performance.
- Ensuring effective organisation design, overseeing delivery of the overall organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Work with senior leaders to ensure effective organisation design and oversee the management and delivery of Group organisational change and transformation programmes that meet corporate business needs, whilst ensuring policy and legal compliance.
- Using data analytics, providing strategic to drive performance and the development of new initiatives.
- Ongoing coaching & development of the people team.
To be considered for this role, you will be a proven Head of HR or HR Director, with experience of leading a team and working in a large, complex business going thru a period of significant change. You will be adept at working strategically, building sound relationships with a diverse group of senior leaders and the exec.
You will be commercially-minded and ideally have experience within a global/international business.
You will be a resilient leader with a pragmatic approach, able to adapt your style.

Salary up to £85,000 per annum
