Head of HR
Our client, a healthcare practice based in Long Island, is seeking to hire a Head of HR. Our client is seeking candidates with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally gained in the healthcare industry, supporting a field-based population. This position will support the entire organization and will report to the CEO.
The company has over 400 employees, most of them distributed in the field at 10+ locations across the Long Island region. The ideal candidate will have a foundation of experience working for a large company, but most recently have experience working for small, scaling organizations with broad, technical experience across all areas of HR. While this role will work closely with the senior leaders on the long-term strategy and planning, the Head of HR can expect to spend a good amount of their time visiting the offices.
Our client is seeking a hands-on HR leader who is comfortable operating as a player/coach with a passion for connecting with people.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working onsite at the local office 3 days per week.
