Our client, a private equity firm is looking for a Head of HR to oversee all aspects of the HR division ranging from compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, complex employee relations, learning & development. Our client's Asia head office is based in Hong Kong with offices in China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of HR policies, processes and procedures across these regional offices. In addition, you will have administration responsibilities ranging from effectively managing corporate productivity and efficiencies.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment across APAC. Reporting into a dynamic c-suite executive, you will play an integral part of the leadership team. You should be well versed in being strategic and hands-on as a HR and administrations leader. Being hands-on is a key requirement of this role - whether executing HR processes or managing relationships with all different levels of stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced HR & administration leader who can demonstrate experience gained in a fast-paced, SME environment. You should be university-level educated with 15+ years of experience operating in a HR & administration capacity. You should have strong communication skills - with written & spoken fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin.
