About Our Client

We are proud to partner our client, a global leader within the FinTech industry. With operations in over 64 countries and an ever-expanding footprint, they are investing heavily in the APAC region and a key need has arisen to appoint a Executive Vice President of Human Resources to provide strategic HR leadership to the business to align the people strategy with the business strategy and drive the implementation of people processes to enable business performance in the region.

About The Role

Reporting through to the APAC CEO and Global CHRO, you will be working with the APAC board and leadership team in driving and spearheading HR changes to the organisation. You will ensure that the business has the people and organisational capabilities to support the business growth objectives through the provision of strategic customer focused HR solutions. There will be a heavy emphasis on global organizational development, mergers & acquisitions, engagement and culture. This is a strategic position within the organization where creating and driving HR strategies will be critical.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with HR, Business Leaders and Vendors. APAC experience and Financial Services / Technology industry experience are compulsory. Work experience in a highly matrixed international work environment is a must. You will possess extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization. This role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment and who works well in time critical situations. Prior or current working experience in Singapore is compulsory.
