One of our key global clients in the Professional Services sector has a rare opening for a Head of Human Resources, Asia to develop and implement HR strategy and solutions for the business in the region. This role is based in Hong Kong and supports a population of over 800 people, leading a regional HR team of around 20 professional and admin staff.
This organisation is a market leader in its field and has a strong global footprint. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies at a regional and local level in partnership with the Asia Executive, Country Leadership and Regional COO; this will see you take the lead across a number of initiatives around resource planning, management development, C&B, performance and talent, engagement and comms as well as D&I.
Our client is particularly interested to speak with candidates that have Professional Services HR leadership experience in the region, that have lead a HR team and built capability within the function. You must be a seasoned business partner with a track record of infleuncing management to gain buy in for strategic initatives as well as have solid experience in organisational change and managing a full service function. Chinese or other Asian language capability is preferred.
