Head of HR / Director. £70,000-£100,000 + Discretionary bonus. Based in Redhill, Surrey or Manchester (travel will be required). Hybrid working on offer.
As the Head of HR, you will report into the Director of Operations and will work within the broader Operations Team, acting as a true partner to the business. This is a pivotal role where you will plan, lead, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department, to ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organisation’s vision and talent strategy. You will lead the UK HR department, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, apprentice and graduate schemes, HR technologies and financial planning of the department. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR Initiatives, liaising with Group to ensure HR policies are aligned on HR Matters, provide expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process, and contribute to long-term goals around business and people development, including recruitment, succession planning, training and performance management. In addition you will also be accountable for supporting the overall ESG strategy for the UK and ensuring the employee benefits are both competitive and attractive.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and commercially astute Head of HR to join an innovative business. To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background operating as a Head of HR/Director and have a proven track record of driving successful people strategies to aid business performance, employee engagement and a culture of learning and progression. If you have the ability to communicate in French and have some experience in merger-acquisition and / or International companies this would be of great interest to my client.
