I am working with an iconic retailer in appointing a Head of HR for their ecommerce and marketing divisions. You will be joining the business at a pivotal time and drive a key growth area. Reporting into the Group Head of HR you will be supporting two key areas - Marketing and Online, totalling a headcount of 400.
The role will involve supporting the leadership team in helping drive commercial performance through strategic HR initiatives. You will work in a heavily matrix environment and be the conduit between the business and wider function. The role will have a significant coaching and influencing component as the business continues to drive talent and engagement within the business. You will provide key guidance and support on the full employee lifecycle.
You will have extensive experience of supporting an ecommerce, consumer marketing population in a business partnering capacity. This will be aligned with working in a heavily matrix structure. You will be able to evidence a strong coaching ability and be an excellent communicator. You will be a strategic business partner with a strong commercial acumen and able to use data to guide critical decision making.
