Head of HR – F&B
Our client is a renowned household brand name in the F&B industry with a global outreach. They are market leaders in what they do and have aggressive plans to further strengthen their business and build a stronger market standing globally. Our client is looking to hire a strategic and forward-thinking Head of HR.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will have full responsibility to partner the business and drive HR efficiencies in the organization and play an advisory role on all human capital matters. You will manage a team of HR professionals locally. You will provide functional guidance to ensure effective delivery of HR operational requirements for the group. The key to your success will be your ability to make positive changes, process improvements at a strategic level and work with local HR teams in the roll out and execution of these programs.
To succeed in this role, you should have a track record in supporting and driving a high growth and matrix organization within the F&B, retail or hospitality industry. As a proven HR leader with at least 10 years of leadership experience, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives to support a dynamic business.
