International – HR Director | c£140,000 – £170,000 | + Generous Bonus | Central London
Frazer Jones are thrilled to be retained for an International Head of HR for a fast paced, high growth global Real Estate firm.
They are looking for an inspiring HR leader who comes with a strong stakeholder management to drive the HR agenda across their international portfolios. They are in high growth mode through acquisitions.
Operating at C-Suite and driving HRs strategic agenda, this person will manage an international team to ensure operational excellence and report into the MD of HR for a mid-sized entrepreneurial and highly successful firm.
Our client is looking for someone with a strong track record in change and leadership to support them through the next phase of their evolution.
This is a down to earth thriving business and would be an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to take on as part of their next challenge.
Essential:
- Must come from a fast-paced commercial environment such as FMCG / Retail / Real Estate / Tech etc.
- International experience is a must!
Base – Highly Competitive
Bonus – Generous
Location – 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
