With a presence in a dozen countries and over 13,000 employees in the UAE alone, this organisation is currently embarking on an exciting period of transformation across the business.

The transformation will be key in enhancing the capability, talent, technology, and processes in the HR function and how it interacts with the business. The investment in its people and development of the Human Resources team will coincide with continued growth of the business globally.

The Role

This critical appointment will be one of the leaders in driving this transformational change and will report into the Chief HR Officer.

Heading up a team of HR Business Partners you will oversee and work closely with the business to align the People Strategy to the goals of the organisation. You will ensure that the HR Business Partnering team are working closely with the business in strategic sense.

The Criteria

This position will best suit a highly strategic, exceptionally strong senior HR professional with a passion and energy to lead a team of HR Business Partners.

This will be an opportunity to leave a legacy and modernize this team and their approach to working with the business through progressive people strategies and new HR technology. Experience in the UAE will be essential along with experience in similar positions for large complex businesses.
