Head of HR Operations
Forward-thinking and within an exciting transformation phase, my client is a leading Consumer Products business, who are looking to revamp their Consumer Solutions strategy. This will bring new product innovation and an ambitious global growth plan.
After the appointment of a new Global HR Director, they are now looking to hire a Head of HR Operations to oversee a team of HR professionals, and help to bring process change. Not only this but also to have a strategic mindset to help the whole team grow along with the business.
They are looking for:
Somebody with a passion for HR Operations, who enjoys a hands-on approach to HR policy and employee relations.
Somebody who can bring experience working with trade unions, as the client group will be end to end product life cycle from production and manufacturing, through to sales and marketing.
A true HR leader, who has overseen a team and helped to train and mentor Business Partners and HR Advisors of all levels of experience.
A professional, with a background in HR Operations projects, who has an interest in being accountable for process improvement.
Somebody who wants to have a big impact on a company in transition that values the HR agenda with the utmost importance.
A true generalist, who enjoys all aspects of Human Resources.
Location: Merseyside / Manchester area
Salary: Up to £85,000 for the relevant candidate plus bonus and benefits package
