As Head of HR, you will manage three very operational HR people to deliver a very high touch service to your client group who are spread out nationally. Your focus will be on developing manager capability so that they are equipped to deal with their own people issues.
In order to apply for this role, I will need to see that you have operated stand-alone in an SME or led a small team in a super commercial business where the challenges are similar to or the same as retail in that you are used to growth, new retail outlet openings, talent attraction, case work, a lean function and being creative without huge budgets.
Head quartered in the West End and undoubtedly some travel nationally as and when required.
Salary £60-70K, permanent
