Head of HR Technology
Our client, a fast-growing and successful Consulting organization based in Atlanta is seeking a strategic Head of HR Technology to join their Human Capital team. In this role, you will work closely with leaders to develop and implement a strategy that ensures the full utilization of technology assets. With a focus on self-service, automation and enhanced reporting and data insights. You’ll partner with a variety of executives to understand their needs, drive change management and adoption. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a successful team and build on an established HR Technology function and drive its next stage of evolution.
To be successful in this position you will possess at least 10 years of HR technology experience with a minimum of 5 years in a team management role. Additionally, you must be a true influential agent of change who can lead effectively, consistently deliver results, and possess a strategic consulting mentality able to influence and inspire colleagues at all levels in the business.
This is an Atlanta based position that operates on a hybrid model. If outside a commutable distance, relocation is required.
