As Head of HR, you will be responsible for driving the people strategy for the region. The organisation in evolving dramatically with the longer term prospect of opening in new markets. They continue to strive toward a more performance related culture which focuses on employee engagement, reward and talent development. Leading a small team you will oversee the HR department and provide advice across all aspects of people management, supporting change and organisation design, as well as an involvement in a range of exciting, commercially impactful, HR related projects.
To be successful in this role you need to be a qualified HR leader with demonstrable experience in a senior HR role
Experience of complex compensation structures are essential. You will possess a sophisticated range of communication skills and will be particularly strong at designing and implementing effective, commercial HR solutions.
Being based or having some previous experience in the Middle East will be essential along with strong commercial awareness and a passion for making a difference in a results orientated, profitable growing business.
