This organisation are seeking to appoint an individual who has a strong track record of success in learning and development within professional services partnerships. A broad role, the position will both set the strategy and lead the team at a time of change and evolution.
Managing the L&D budget, the role will also require an individual who has a strong track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders and partners, able to influence and guide. The L&D team will both design and deliver development programmes, and will at times use external providers to compliment their expertise.
