We are excited to partner with one of the leading players in the Aerospace/Aviation industry to recruit for a Head of Organisational Development. Our client has achieved strong growth in terms of revenue and footprints, through their diversified portfolio and agile business leaders. They have reached an important crossroad in their growth journey and hence, they are recruiting for a strong Organisation Development professional to drive workforce transformation and strategy to ensure a future ready organisastion.

Job Description

Reporting to the CHRO, the Head of Organisation Development will partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to identify, design and implement the Human Capital strategies which will include strategic manpower planning and capabilities dashboards to ensure that workforce capabilities are aligned with business needs. The Head of Organisation Development will manage a team and support workforce transformation efforts to create a workforce that is future-ready through the scoping and implementation of job redesign projects to reimagine the future of work and create a professional workforce that is productive and agile. You will lead the Talent Management and Succession Planning process such as reviewing the talent framework to ensure the appropriate leadership strength within the organisation.

The Successful Candidate

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 8 years of Organizational Development experienced preferably gained within a fast paced, fast growing organisation. You have prior experience in re-design talent and /or manpower planning, and is operationally strong to drive processes and/or content improvements. With team leading experience, you are a proven leader and coach to support and build an agile and forward thinking OD / Talent team, and empathic and culturally matured individual.

You are a self-starter and team player who is results oriented. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills who is able to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: SGD $200,000, excluding bonus and peaks.
