Head of People
I am delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with this highly reputable and ambitious organisation based in Surrey to help them recruit a Head of People. My client are a global organisation and specialists within their industry sector. They believe the success of their organisation is built on relationships and the high-quality service they provide their customers.
Head of People. £75,000-£100,000 + 10% Bonus. Base office located in Redhill, Surrey (travel will be required to other offices). Hybrid working on offer.
As the Head of People, you will report into the Director of Operations and will be part of the senior leadership team, acting as a true partner to the business. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, and developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with the organisation’s overall goals and objectives. You will manage a Senior People Advisor and will look after c120 employees, with ambitious plans to increase head count. You will foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement, manage and resolve employee relations matters, lead the performance management process and develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As the Head of People, you will also be accountable for reviewing and managing employee benefits and compensation, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and address organisational development needs and act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people related matters.

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of driving successful people strategies to aid business performance, employee engagement and a culture of learning and progression. You will have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations and have the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
