Head of People
Our client, a renowned global brand-building firm, is seeking a Head of People to drive their talent strategy and lead the People Services function. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the growth of the organization, working closely with the leadership team. As the Head of People, you will provide strategic talent leadership by developing and implementing talent and HR frameworks, fostering equity, and aligning the talent strategy with business priorities. Additionally, you will champion the firm’s culture and values, oversee internal communications and employee engagement, and provide coaching to leaders. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 15 years of experience, is a strategic leader with extensive experience in talent and HR within professional services or creative consulting environments.
