I am working with a highly acquisitive and fast-growing Talent Agency and Management Group who work with some of the UK's best-known writers and performers. This role will report into the CFO and support the business through a period of significant growth including further acquisitions.
Based in Central London the role will initially be a 15-month contract, taking on the day to day management of a small HR function as well as providing expert guidance and support across the Leadership Team and senior management. This will include the likes of employee relations, recruitment, further policy enhancement and salary reviews. Key deliverables will include supporting on integrations and future acquisitions, continual process & policy enhancement, reviewing benefits and redefining their D&I strategy.
To be successful in this role you will have operated in a high touch, relationship focussed environment. You will be able to demonstrate depth in all aspects of generalist HR in either a Head of HR or Business Partner capacity. The role will involve managing a small HR function so prior people management experience along with supporting leadership teams are necessary requirements for the role. Experience of supporting on complex integrations, benefits reviews and process improvement would be highly desirable given these key outstanding projects.
