It is against this exponential growth that the client is looking for a creative HR professional to join the team and take helm of driving strategic HR strategies and directives across their markets.
Job Description
Reporting to the COO and managing a team of HR, the People & Culture Manager will be the trusted partner to the leadership team where he/she will conceptualise, advice and execute HR strategies and initiatives to support their growth trajectory. The People & Culture Manager must have the commercial acumen and flexibility to understand, analyse and pre-empt any business insights, challenges and/or complexity of market conditions, and provide the necessary HR interventions. Amongst the business objectives, there will be a focus on developing a strong culture and employee identify unique to their business; this will entails understanding and driving employee engagement objectives, as well as to create a strong external employer branding to continue to attract best in class talents.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have a track record in supporting and driving a high growth and fast paced organization within lifestyle, consumer product / services or related sector. As a proven HR lead with at least 15 years of relevant HR experience, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives to support an evolving and entrepreneurial organisation. You possess strong consultancy skills to influence and advise a diverse leadership team, and to drive a high performance culture and excellence in the HR organisation.

Compensation: $160,000 per annum, excluding bonus and benefits
