Founded in c2000, one of the largest technology companies in its field is hiring for a Head of People Operations.
A global business with a presence from London to New York, Singapore through to Sydney. This role will build and implement a roadmap towards a scalable operating platform for the People Operations function taking into consideration local and global requirements.

Working with the wider People team and business stakeholders to understand and prioritise needs. The Head of People operations will ensure that the function has the necessary capabilities, in order to ensure a first-class and globally integrated people service for managers and employees alike. This include all aspects of the employee lifecycle as well as employee relations issues (e.g. disciplinary issues, termination of employment and performance management) as well as cross People team Items such as manager development, employee engagement, D&I and wellbeing.

Overseeing, managing global people processes at all stages of the employee lifecycle including s on-boarding, leavers, payroll and organisational change. The successful individual will work with key stakeholders (internal audit, risk, compliance etc.) to ensure all procedures are clearly documented and meet relevant requirements (SOX ).This Includes optimisation of the HRIS (Workday) by designing and Implementing new system processes.

The successful individual will :

Bring leadership of People Operations within an Ulrich model across multiple geographies

Have proven experience In a fast paced, high growth organisation which has required evolving approaches and processes

Show experience in managing People team members across multiple geographies building strong relationships remotely

Bring proven knowledge of working with tier-one global HRIS systems (Workday preferred, but alternative Success Factors, Oracle or similar) with tangible examples of Implementing system enhancements to Improve functionality and enrich the customer experience

Have awareness of country specific nuances, working with people teams on the ground and as necessary, legal counsel to understand legislative and cultural backdrops In order to develop pragmatic approaches and solutions
