This is a newly created role for a data driven, global FMCG business who place great value on analytics in shaping business strategy. As a newly created role in APAC and part of a new global function this is a chance to build a best in class analytics team.

This is a critical role in helping to shape and drive the performance culture of the organisation. You will have responsibilty to design and implement new data driven initiatives for the for the People/HR function across APAC. This will involve talent, performance, compensation & organisational analytics. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with HR and business leaders when coming to performance reviews and provide advise on how to approach talent and succession planning, approaisals and help drive and reward the right behaviours. You will also manage the implementation of new processes in the region related to the use of the performance management system and develop the analytics roadmap for the region.


You must have experience in leading the performance/people analytics team of a well known major MNC, those from consumer focused, technology or financial services with a background in Consulting would be particularly interesting. International experience would also be beneficial.

With a gift and passion for analytics you will also have a creative mind and look for new ways of using data to drive decision making. Excellent communication skills are vital, establishing relationships with key stakeholders are key so experience in a regional role is a must as is a track record of success in making a business impact.

Salary - SGD$140,000 - $170,000 + bonus
