As Resourcing Manger, you'll lead a team of capable talent acquisition advisers. You would manage their workflows, be fully up to speed with their metrics and able to advice your hiring managers on solutions, alternatives and manage their expectations as well as delivering a first class service wherever possible. You would be involved in senior level appointments yourself. The resourcing team does work with agencies but isn't heavily reliant, they have strong partnerships with external organisations but there is a focus on quality, candidate experience and ownership that your team is continuously working on.
