An exciting, newly created Head of Reward role is now available within a scaling alternative investment business (c1,000 staff). This role will play a key part in the development of the reward strategy (both UK and overseas), as well as providing group-wide reward advise to the SLT, including the preparation and presentation of papers to RemCo. Duties will include running the annual comp round, the design, development and management of recognition frameworks and will provide key expertise on performance measures for incentive plans and modelling performance outcomes. As a result the business is looking to meet either current Heads of Reward or Senior Reward Managers looking to step up, who are comfortable with designing executive pay strategies. You will need to have extensive reward experience with the ability to present, influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders across the business, together with up to date compensation and benefits knowledge within the financial sector and employment tax principles in general.
