A career enhancing Head of Reward role is now available within a transformative retail business. This role will play a key part in the evolution of this business as it embarks on a multi-year transformation and re-positioning program. Heading up a team of 6, this role will report directly into the HR D and SLT and will help drive harmonisation and cost containment programmes across their workforce (c20,000) Duties will include being accountable for the design, development and management of the reward and benefit agenda across the group. Key responsibilities for the role include: running the annual comp round, the design, development and management of recognition frameworks and will provide key expertise on performance measures for incentive plans and modelling performance outcomes. As a result the business is looking to meet either current Heads of Reward or Senior Reward Managers looking to step up, who are comfortable with designing group pay strategies. You will need to have extensive reward experience with the ability to present, influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders across the business, together with up to date compensation and benefits knowledge within the retail sector and employment tax principles in general.
