This is a unique opportunity to lead the Reward team for a high-growth business with exciting challenges and enormous opportunity ahead. Due to a maternity leave this is a 12-14 month contract as acting Head of Reward for a Reward team of 11.

As the Interim Head of Reward you'll be reporting to the Head of People Operations and working closely with colleagues in the People, Payroll, Legal and Finance functions. You'll be responsible for overseeing the whole reward function, leading the day-to-day operations which will include compensation and benefits. You'll take ownership of Remuneration Committee materials, including executive compensation and governance reporting. As well as this you'll have management of the design and execution of incentive programs, such as bonuses and equity programs. Other responsibilities will include leading the execution and development of the bi-annual compensation review cycles including the development of budgets, processes and communication materials. You'll be partnering with senior management to ensure their reward strategy and total reward offerings are competitive with the market to attract and retain the best talent.

To be considered for this role you must have experience of independently running large scale and complex Reward programs and initiatives. Ideally you will have led mid-large teams and have experience working in a listed business with equity pay. It's absolutely essential you have experience working with board level stakeholders and Remco.
