A thriving fashion/apparel business is now looking to recruit a Head of Reward to provide operational leadership and strategic expertise in shaping and delivering a Global Reward function across all business lines. Reporting into the CHRO, this pivotal role will advance the organisations objectives to attract, retain and engage their people. This business is built upon the highest values, regularly featuring in the upper quartile of 'Best Places to Work' surveys (both in the UK and Europe) and has sustainability at it's core. This role will lead on all the key touch-points across the reward landscape and will support the CHRO in developing and embedding the global reward strategy that supports a c2,500 population across 20 countries. As a result the business is keen to meet reward leaders operating at exec and SLT level with exceptional reward expertise to include transformation programmes and M&A activity. You will be a talented manager and knowledge sharer, developing the skills of the current reward/mobility team.
