My Bristol based client is part of a Global business that is looking for a Head of Strategic Workforce Planning. This role will be responsible for UK and European business units and feed into a Global strategy, it reports directly to the US and supports two Managing Directors in the UK/Europe.
The position focuses on workforce demand and planning, providing expertise in the creation of a strategic workforce plan and headcount plan over a 1-5 years period, creating and leading the deployment of this strategy as well as the programmes and processes based upon the resourcing requirements. This will also involve overseeing the end to end recruitment process, process improvement and managing cyclical trends, working closely with Talent Acquisition. Key to this will be your ability to build relationships with the leadership teams in relation to all aspects of workforce and recruiting strategies, as well as being able to identify workforce and analytical software tools to implement plans globally.
You will have a proven track record in strategic workforce planning, as well as the latest forecasting tools and methodologies. This will include expertise around headcount planning, talent acquisition and managing complex HR projects. It is likely you will have worked in large and complex matrixed environment and within a Global setting. Alongside this experience you will be a great communicator and able to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
