This leading management consultancy based in the City is currently looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team. As the business grows from strength to strength its focus is very much on attracting top talent and developing its brand in the market. As a result they are looking for a Head of function to drive their Talent Acquisition piece forward and deliver a seamless and commercial recruitment process.
Working across a few offices you will be highly visible into the business and along with your team deliver a high touch service. Working on senior level roles your focus will be to partner with the business and deliver a fit for purpose TA strategy in line with the overall business plan.
This role will be to develop and deliver a Talent Acquisition strategy for all UK wide offices. You will provide support, leadership and direction to the UK Talent Acquisition team and implement innovative ways to streamline current talent processes. Thinking of innovative ways to increase brand awareness and support the business to continue being an employer of choice along with identifying and developing competitive talent attraction solutions.
The firm is looking to meet with senior level candidates with a proven track record in the TA space. You will be very much a people manager and have experience of recruiting in a variety of sectors, along with some exposure to Graduate recruitment. You will be able to demonstrate experience of developing the employer value proposition along with building strong working relationships and influencing at all levels.
