The job of Head of Talent acquisition will lead a European team to deliver volume fee earner recruitment in a number of European locations. As you head up this in-house team, you won't be involved in a lot of hands on recruitment, but you'll manage the performance, workflows, processes and metrics of your team whilst working with your stakeholders and senior HR community to update, offer solutions and deliver resource.
The job is managing your team to deliver very high volume, quality recruitment. The focus is on quality and the processes in place allow your team to be first in class talent acquisition specialists.

The ideal candidate might be working for an agency and managing a team at the moment but would like to move inhouse - or you might already be operating in-house or for an RPO.
Salary scale is broad depending on experience - £60-80K plus 20% bonus.
