Head of Talent Acquisition – Financial Services
We are thrilled to be working exclusively with a global financial services company on a Head of Talent Acquisition role. Whilst the firm continues to demonstrate promising growth and expansion plans across the globe, there is now a need to identify a talented Head of Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment strategies across the Southeast Asia region.
You’ll lead an international team of experienced recruiters whilst working alongside key stakeholders within the business to identify growth areas for the firm as they expand globally. You’ll provide a strategic lens on recruitment strategies and identify pain points within the business to help create a robust and efficient recruiting process. You’ll also contribute to the firm’s employer branding, coming up with recruiting initiatives to continuously attract and pipeline top talent. You’ll demonstrate excellent commercial awareness, knowing how to approach change whilst the business expands and transforms and be an inspiring and empathetic leader with proven leadership responsibilities who is dedicated and reliable.
You should bring recruiting experience across a diversified portfolio (not limited to tech or non-tech hires) and proven experience recruiting across Southeast Asia. You should have previous team lead experience and be passionate about navigating a busy and varied role. In addition, you should bring experience within either the financial services or tech industry across reputable and international firms and show tenure within your roles.
Location: Singapore
