Head of Talent Acquisition - Fintech start-up

We are looking for a brand new Head of Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment for an exciting fintech start-up with investment from a well-known brand. With an ambitious hiring target, this is an opportunity to grow out the business at all levels, including some critical leadership hires.

You will be a consultative, professional, knowledgeable Talent Acquisition Partner with in-house experience in the Tech & Fintech market, based in Singapore. You will be able to navigate ambiguity and set things up from scratch as well as enhance existing processes. Ideally you will have a track record of having operated in large, structured, regulated matrix organisations as well as start-ups, with a balance of entrepreneurial flair vs best practice. You will also enjoy working collaboratively as part of a friendly, professional and lean HR team, in a visible and broad role.
