Responsibilites

Having gone through the first stage of growth this Head of Talent Acquisition will lead an existing team of 10+ high performing talent acquisition consultants both locally and remotely as well as a team focused on employer branding/recruitment marketing.

With an emphasis on creating and defining a talent acquisition strategy we are seeking a creative thinker with a proven track record in delivering impressive results in a high growth business

Employer branding is critical to their continued ability to attract the best talent in the market and this is a key project to be involved in

Be a talent magnet - create a fun, hardworking and high performing team who will be renowned in the market and a 'go to' destination for the best recruiters out there

Work closely with the Founders and senior leadership team on all recruitment strategy as well as the talent development of their team

Requirements

  • Degree level education in human resources or a related field
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience with 5+ years of leading sizeable, international teams
  • Must be hands on and happy to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Must have experience of delivering high volume/scale up hiring
  • Must have experience of building a successful employer branding strategy
  • Used to working in a high pace environment and happy to be in a start up where things aren't perfect, but you're willing to help get them there!
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, ability to thrive in an unstructured and constantly changing environment

Salary - SGD$200,000 - $250,000 + Bonus and Benfits and Stocks
