About Our Client
Representing one of our global clients and a leading name in the FinTech space, we are in search for a senior leader to join their global team. China, SEA, Africa and US continue to be a significant growing market for the business and with a number of major acquisitions in the recent past as well as in the pipeline, the company's presence continues to expand steadily worldwide.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition based in California, you will lead a team of 23 recruiters across the APAC region to work very closely with the business leaders and will play a critical role in developing and implementing the talent strategy for the organization at a regional level. This is a newly created role for the organization in this region. We are looking for a game-changing leader with a forward-looking vision on workforce planning, leveraging technology in talent mapping and the ability to get ahead of the demand curve.
The Successful Applicant
You are a seasoned and mature leader with at least 15 years of talent acquisition / recruiting experience in MNC environment, preferably in FinTech & Tech industry. A decisive individual, you possess a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail oriented perspective. 20% travelling required. As well as strong management competencies, you also have excellent communication and influencing skills, able to manage stakeholders across all levels within the organization. Previous fintech/tech/financial services related industry experience is critical.
