Delighted to present a truly exciting and unique opportunity to work with a well-known successful Global bank looking to hire a new Head of Talent for EMEA. Leading teams to drive their internal and external talent, recruitment strategy and DEI agenda.
This is a firm that highly values talent and is looking for a strong learning and development skillset to move their UK and EMEA populations forward.

Whilst this role is EMEA and UK focussed, your initiatives and plans could be rolled out and showcased globally and the role could become international.
They are open on sector as they want to ensure they capture the best people in the market. Financial services experience is desirable, but not essential.
Essential: Strong and proven Learning & Development executed at a senior level. Strong leadership skills. Experience of working with C-Suite and Boards.
Desirable: Recruitment and DEI experience / knowledge.
