I am delighted to be supporting my client, a values-driven SAAS business embedded in the world of scientific and academic research, with an urgent need for a Global Head of Talent (Development and Management), an opportunity to partner with the business and support their EDI and ESG goals, Talent and L&D strategy, Career models and frameworks, and all things Talent Development. My client are remote-first, with occasional travel to London.

The role will entail:

· Partner with all areas of the Global business to support talent development strategy and delivery, career models and pathways, Learning and Development, and performance management

· Maintain a high service level across the business, looking into ways of developing and retaining talent across the business

· Build a reputation to be a trusted business partner and advisor in all things talent and learning

· Contribute to the wider people strategy, backing up all decisions with data and maintaining strong commercial awareness

To be successful in this role you will have:

· A degree in Organisational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related, OR comparable work experience

· Proven track record in building talent strategy and framework from scratch in best practice environments as well as start-up / scaling business

· Experience in designing and delivering career models and pathing frameworks, ideally within a scaling SAAS business

· Ability to use data to guide your talent development strategy, while maintaining commercial acumen and making financially sound decisions
