Our client is a globally active blue chip company. To bring their Talent Management to the next level we are looking for a

Head of Talent Management Europe (m/f/d)

to be located in the company's headquarters in the Rhineland area, Germany

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop an innovative Talent Management system for all European countries
  • Put in place a creative solution to secure an easy and transparent process for Talent Management and development within the company, specifically digitalization of career path program
  • Closely partner with the business and country managers to identify their needs regarding Talent Management
  • Implement a Talent System and define its content and functionalities, integrate career paths, connect to the internal job board, depict an overview over suitable internal talents and foresee development plans
  • Dotted line responsibility for local Talent Managers


  • You have designed / implemented a holistic Talent Management system in an international context
  • You have worked at companies with state of the art and innovative HR processes and tools such as talent panels, pools, performance management cycles and creative ideas put into best practice
  • You aim for more and are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
  • You are a creative out-of-the box thinker, who is agile, driven and curious to explore new things
  • You are vivacious and have excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • You are business fluent in English, further languages are a plus
