Reporting to the Chief People Officer and managing a team of Reward professionals, the Head of Total Reward & Recognition will set the global total rewards and recognition agenda and strategies. This role is pivotal in key decision making at senior Leadership level and leading the functions contribution to their company plans. This is an incredibly fast paced and varied role, with the opportunity to make a huge impact in driving the function forward. Such duties will include:
1. Supporting the life cycle of purpose led recognition products, seeking the right partners and suppliers
2. Review the total reward portfolio and implement relevant changes
3. Maintain the integrity of the organisational structure through job evaluation and sizing and pay benchmarking and working in partnership with our Organisational Effectiveness team
4. Act as a key lead in pay consultations and the review of company benefits
5. Develop and coach the Reward team
6. Support our total reward plan process via our Remuneration Committee, advising our most senior leaders on our approach to pay and the link with Company performance
7. Ensure full compliance across all areas of reward and benefit practices and ensure all documentation and processes meet the required Company standard
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience and expertise of operating in a total reward and recognition role. You will have proven success of leading and evolving complex global reward stage ties and recognition practices ideally within a complex and matrix environment.
You will be highly skilled in preparing for Remunerations committee events and will possess impressive analytical and planning skills. Your commercial approach and ability to engage, recommend and implement effective Reward and Recognition strategies will be of real interest to my client. You will have the ability to challenge and influence at senior management level as well as educating and reporting on critical data to ensure consistency and recognition across the business.
