Head of Total Rewards
We are excited to partner with one of the leading players in the retail industry. Our client remains to be one of the most recognised companies, credited to a highly agile commercial leaders which steered the business into diversified business portfolio in the recent years. Due to business growth and digital transformation, there is a need to hire a dynamic Head of Total Reward to lead the business in modernizing and revamping their Total Rewards strategies and directives to support.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and managing a team of compensation & benefits professionals, the Head of Total Reward will lead the overall total rewards agenda and strategies across the Asia Pacific markets. The Head of Total Reward will provide an insightful analysis and recommend the necessary Rewards strategy and solutions to set, design and implement the global directives, which include evaluating the status of existing rewards structure to enable a high performing and engaged workforce, as well as executive compensation scheme across their acquired entities.
With an ambitious growth plan set, the Head of Total Reward will lead, coach and mentor the compensation & benefits team to ensure modernization of rewards policies, programmes and processes. The Head of Total Rewards will oversee and delegate any regional projects on the betterment of rewards policies.
The Successful Applicant
You should have at least 15 years of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience in a fast paced and matrix organisation. It will be an advantage to have strong sales incentive experience in APAC and China. You are consultative, numerical savvy and solutions oriented. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive Total Reward programmes across multiple markets.
The suitable incumbent should come from rewards consultancy as well retail industry background.
