Our client is a US headquartered Professional Services firm, with a base in Singapore. We are partnering with them to fine their new Head or Senior Leadership Development Consultant, supporting clients across South-East Asia. They are a highly regarded and successful brand within a niche part of the market.
This is a client facing position where you will deliver leadership development workshops, undertake and replay analysis and present results back to the business at the senior and C-Suite level as well as manage a team of consultants underneath you. You will use their tried and tested methodology which you tweak and tailor for the individual client need for a wide portfolio of exciting clients across South East Asia helping to build, develop and upskill their leaders and teams and align them to the overall business strategy. You will execute strategies by creating alignment, change behaviours and mindsets, building leadership capabilities within your client organisations.
You will drive conversations around defining business drivers, competency mapping, and pinpointing the learning need based on the organisational challenges. The consultant will be active in delivering both assessment solutions and facilitating workshops. You will provide support to sales teams in sales proposals and presentations requiring in-depth expertise. There are no sales targets as there is a separate team for this, you will gain repeat business from building deep relationships and delivering excellent workshops naturally.
You will help drive thought leadership, deliver and design leadership assessment, training, executive coaching. You will work on projects such as retention, onboarding, engagement, e-learning, soft skills and engagement. You will work on multiple projects so you won't have a chance to get bored there! The successful candidate must be an excellent relationship builder.
Desirable: Master degree or Ph.D. in I/O Psychology preferred (consider alternate advanced degree e.g., clinical psychology, social psychology, ABD I/O with additional experience, extensive HR/Selection experience, etc.). Alternatively a degree in HR or Business Administration.

Background: The client is open on sector background for this role, but you must have a solid experience of leadership development and assessment, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ideally from a professional services background, with a psychology qualification.
