HR Admin Business Partner

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global investment firm, with an established presence internationally and in Singapore, who are looking for a new regional HR Associate to join their team.

As the regional HR Associate, you will join the Singapore business in a standalone role, the sole HR for the SEA region. You will be involved in everything from day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, HR policies, You will be involved in everything from day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, learning, development and talent management, HR policies, employee relations, compensation and benefits as well as overseeing payroll, mobility and ad hoc SEA office wide initiatives.

You will be the HR advisor rolling out global initiatives across SEA, leveraging the CoE’s internationally. You will also work closely with Hong Kong from an Asia regional perspective and London from a Global HR and business perspective. You will need to be comfortable operating in a strategic and operational HR Business Partner role, taking the lead from a SEA HR perspective, also overseeing the office admin and receptionist.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys close access to leadership in a top tier firm while being in a truly generalist HR role. They are looking for a trusted adviser to the local leadership team and senior management who is passionate about doing a good job. You will have excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders from a variety of levels across the region.

Critical: HR Generalist and / or HR Business Partner experience ideally in an international financial services or professional services organisation with exposure to working across Asia.
