With around 450 employees within the UK, you will be responsible for generalist HR duties including the management of the employee life cycle, processing all starters/ leavers and ensuring the database is maintained and up to date. Working closely and collaboratively with the recruitment and payroll team you will ensure clear communication between the departments and ensure the employee journey is seamless. Managing the HR system will allow you to generate reports and present findings to the relevant managers, offering advice when necessary. Starting at a new organisation on your first day can be daunting, however you will give them a warm welcome, conducting all first day inductions.
Organisation is key and having excellent attention to detail will put you in a good position for this role.
