HR Administrator
Opportunity for an HR Administrator with a public service provider in North London.
This is a busy role that requires a confident and proactive individual who can effectively support business needs. 5 days per week on site initially, with flexibility to reduce to 4 days after an initial settling in period.
Some of the areas you will be involved in include:
· First point of contact for HR queries
· Employee lifecycle
· Recruitment
· On and off boarding
· Administering employment changes
· Updating and managing the HR database
· Processing leave requests
Skills required:
· Ability to manage multiple inboxes
· Experience in recruitment support
· Competency in generating basic reports and analytics
· Familiarity with Learning & Development systems
· Proficiency in on boarding processes
· CIPD qualification an advantage
