This progressive not-for-profit organisation are looking for an HR Administrator to join their committed team on a permanent basis.
You will take ownership of ensuring personal data and files are up-to-date and filed securely. This will also include taking notes on employee relations cases and updating any information on changes within the organisation. This will allow you to gain fantastic exposure to HR and give you the opportunity to learn from the team while also having your own responsibilities. Being the first point of contact for HR queries and issues among your colleagues will give you the chance to build your knowledge and be encouraged to use your own initiative. You will be required to immerse yourself in the policies and procedures and make sure you are well informed. This will allow you to build your credibility as well as build relationships with different members of the organisation.
Additionally, you will be responsible for processing changes in contracts. This includes parental leave, secondments, changes in employment, probation periods, new starters and leavers. This will give you the opportunity of working closely with the payroll team and have a positive impact in making sure things run smoothly.
