You will have the chance to be a part of a highly successful and supportive team who are passionate about HR and delivering the firms HR strategy. This role will be varied from coordinating the onboarding process and liaising with stakeholders across the business, through to the leaver process and conducting exit interviews. You will also have the chance to get involved in monitoring employees progression and development, managing their absence and supporting with project work! This all allows you the opportunity to have that real engagement with the business and build up your HR knowledge across the board.
