I am working with a leading manufacturing organisation in Reading, in their search for two HR Administrators.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, paying £28-32,000.
This is a generalist role, allowing you to cover the entire employee lifecycle. This will involve recruitment, payroll, reward, onboarding, and offboarding. This will allow you to have a varied workload, and understand all different aspects of HR.
Additionally, you will also get involved with reward, reports, and performance. This will give you the opportunity to develop a great understanding in comp & bens, and also play an integral role in the organisation.
This is a newly established office, and the HR system is Workday. Experience with Workday is not essential, but it's certainly beneficial.
I am looking to speak with experienced HR Administrators, who are ideally available on short notice.
