A high-caliber international firm, operating in the Professional Services industry, has asked us to find them an HR Administrator to provide support to the whole HR team.
They are a high-end successful business which, despite their "premium/consultancy-look", appear as a friendly and approachable team who relies on their HR department to support them in a wide range of generalist/admin HR duties.
You will be based in beautiful offices very close to the Duomo in Milan and you will be reporting directly to the Country's HR Manager.
It's an ideal role for someone who has decided on a career in HR and who would like to learn from a highly qualified and experienced HR team.
Ideally, you will have either worked in HR (for as little as 6 months) or have relevant Intern experience and possess excellent administrative skills as the firm has very high standards and expect superb levels of support from their HR team.
In particular, they are looking for a Generalist, skilled in Payroll, with previous experience dealing with contracts and other operative duties.
English and Italian to full working proficiency are a must.
A degree in Law is a nice to have.
